Need a different format?

Longer online ACT, SAT, and CLT options are also available.

The in-person ACT Cram Course is built for focused prep close to test day. If you need a broader online course, The Potter's School offers two sister courses: one focused on math and science, and one focused on reading, English, and writing. I teach one of these courses, and a colleague teaches the other. Students can enroll in either course or both, depending on need.

Both courses cover ACT, SAT, and CLT prep with general strategies, scheduled practice assignments, and live online classes. Students who need more flexibility can watch recordings or complete assignments according to their own goals and timetable.

Class details

Common questions before families enroll.

Is ACT prep worth it for my student?

For many families, it is. A stronger ACT score can improve admissions confidence and may move a student into higher scholarship tiers. The ACT Prep ROI page shows why even a modest score increase can matter.

What does the course include?

Each course includes four 90-minute sessions during the week before the ACT, with practical work on timing, strategy, common question types, and test-day decisions.

Will this help if my student has not studied much yet?

Yes. The course is built to give students structure quickly. They will not master every topic in a week, but they can make better decisions, avoid common traps, and use their remaining practice time more wisely.

When should we enroll?

Enroll as soon as you know the test date your student is targeting. Seats are limited, and the course is scheduled to match the week before the ACT.
